The rooms are designed and constructed using indigenous materials to blend with the tropical setting and local culture. However, they are furnished with modern amenities like air conditioning, hot and cold shower, bathrobes, mini bar/refrigerator, intercom, complimentary coffee and tea service, and complimentary bottled water. Each room is provided with a veranda that overlooks the ocean and the lawn planted with coconut trees.

 

THE DELUXE CABANA
Kuting Reef has 12 Deluxe Cabanas with 12 more rooms under construction. These rooms are furnished with two regular beds, air conditioning, hot & cold shower, mini bar/refrigerator, complimentary tea & coffee service, complimentary bottled water, complimentary beach sandals and intercom service. The Deluxe Cabanas have private veranda furnished with coffee table and power outlet for your laptop and ipod. All Deluxe Cabanas have a commanding view of the ocean and the landscaped, grass covered lawn which is planted with tall 30-year old coconut trees.

 

THE PREMIER CABANA

Kuting Reef has 4 Premier Cabanas with 6 more rooms under construction. They come with the same amenities as the Deluxe Cabanas. However, they are furnished with a King size bed and a Sofa bed, 21” TV, DVD player and bathrobes. A welcome fruit basket is available upon check in. The Premier Cabana also has a veranda that overlooks the ocean and the lawn.

 

 

 

THE CASITA
Kuting Reef has 3 private Casitas located away from the crowd. It is situated near the cove at the north end of the beach where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing.  The Casitas are furnished with a King size bed and a Sofa bed, 32” Flat TV, satellite connection, DVD player and bathrobes. A welcome fruit basket is available upon check in. They are also provided with a bigger veranda and landscaped surroundings.

The following will be charged as cancellation fee:

30 days prior to arrival – 25% of total room charge
15 – 29 days: 50% of the total room charge
14 days or less: 100% of the total room charge
